Mitra didn’t follow up
Check whether a follow-up was confirmed, waiting for approval, or interrupted.
Check what was confirmed
Review the conversation where you asked Mitra to follow up. Look for the date, time, and task it actually confirmed. A discussion about doing something later is not enough to know that a specific reminder or action was scheduled.
If the timing was unclear, ask Mitra to clarify what is scheduled, including the time zone. You can also ask about an automatic check-in that you expected but didn’t receive.
Look for results or approvals
Open the relevant assistant’s conversation and check call history if the task involved a call. If the result is present but you didn’t receive an alert, check Mitra’s notification permissions on your device.
A call may be waiting for your approval. With Making calls → Ask each time, tap the Call button in Mitra. Approval in an external AI chat doesn’t start it.
Before asking again
Check the existing task or call before repeating a request that could place a call or take another action. Through MCP, ask the AI app to check the request or call ID it already received.
When to contact support
Contact support with the expected time and time zone, when you made the request, and whether Mitra confirmed a schedule. Mention any pending approval or error. You don’t need to include private conversation content.
