Missing transcripts or summaries
Check the call and processing state before retrying or reporting a missing result.
Find the right call
Open call history in Mitra and check the approximate time and the person or business involved. Make sure you’re signed in to the account that placed or received the call.
Calls started through MCP still appear in Mitra’s call history. If the call itself is missing, start with the account and connection checks in Missing messages or context.
Allow processing to finish
A call that is still active or has only just ended may not have its final summary or transcript yet. Check its status, then revisit the call later.
Through MCP, ask the AI app to use the existing request or call ID to check for the result. Don’t place the call again just to try to generate a transcript.
When only part of the result is missing
Tell support whether the missing item is the summary, the transcript, a recording, or a translation. If the original text appears but a translation does not, mention that distinction.
Only use the information that is available. If an important detail can’t be verified in the result, confirm it directly before relying on it.
When to contact support
If the completed call still has no result when you return, contact support. Include the approximate call time and time zone, whether it completed, and what is missing. Don’t attach private call audio or a transcript unless support specifically requests it through an appropriate channel.
